Students review HIPAA foundations, PHI/ePHI, confidentiality expectations, breach reporting, patient rights, role-based access, and real clinical judgment scenarios.
Access requires instructor approval, then students complete the training review, attest to understanding, pass a randomized exam, and receive a downloadable certificate.
